Brief Description of Main Solutions

The 220/110/35/6 kV Mezhdurechenskaya SS serves for power conversion and electric power distribution between the consumers of Mezhdurechensk district of Kemerovsky region.

The main power supply source of Mezhdurechenskaya SS is Tom-Usinsk GRES (City District Power Plant) of the 1272 MW installed capacity.    The power is supplied via 220 kV double-circuit OVL of Tom-Usinsk GRES – Mezhdurechenskaya SS.

Besides the main power supply source there is the reserve power supply source at Mezhdurechenskaya SS –110 kV double-circuit OVL of Tom-Usinsk GRES – Myskovskaya and 110 kV OVL Myskovskaya – Mezhdurechenskaya.

The main electric power consumers are the enterprises-coal producers, railway, housing and communal enterprises of Mezhdurechensk town and Mezhdurechensk district.

To the existing 220/110/35/6 kV Mezhdurechenskaya SS are connected the following consuming SS:

  • For 110 kV voltage: Kariernaya, Raspadskaya, Krasnogorskaya, Tomusinskaya, Myskovskaya, Mezhdurechenskaya - traction;
  • For 35 kV voltage: Zapadnaya, Vostochnaya; for 6 kV voltage: of the Tomusinsk power administration, the Works KPDS, Works TRMZ, market «Yuzhny».

Regarding the fact that as a result of reconstruction the 220 kV OVL Mezhdurechenskaya – Теbа will be a separate OVL, Mezhdurechenskaya SS will serve for electric power of 220 kV voltage transmission between Kuzbas and Khakassk power systems: ensure the power flow, the voltage levels control in the 110, 220 kV networks; participate in the system emergency automation control effects.

Total transformer capacity of Mezhdurechenskaya SS after the reconstruction having been completed will be 789 МVА (3 х 200 МVА + 3 х 63 МVА).

The construction started in 2013. The construction was delayed in 2014.

The renewed construction is scheduled in 2017.
