Brief description of main solutions

The construction of the facility is envisaged in two stages of construction:

  1. the first stage - a steam turbine power unit with a nominal electrical power of 25 MW and an installed steam capacity of 160 t / h;
  2. the second stage - a gas turbine power unit with an electric capacity of up to 40 MW, with a steam capacity of 150 t / h.

At the first stage of construction, the main equipment includes:

  • Steam turbine - type PT-25 / 30-3.6 / 1.0 / 0.12. Rated electric power - 25 MW. The nominal parameters of live steam are: pressure - 3.6 MPa, temperature - 435 ° C. Nominal pressure in regulated withdrawals: production - 1.0 MPa, heating - 0.12 MPa. The nominal flow rate of live steam to the turbine is up to 160 t / h, the maximum steam consumption to the production extraction is 90 t / h, the maximum steam consumption to the heating extraction is 88 t / h.
  • Steam power boiler of type E-160-4.0-440 GM with a steam capacity of 160 t / h of steam with a pressure of 3.9 MPa (g), a temperature of 440 ° C.

At the second stage of construction, the main equipment includes:

  • Gas turbine unit with rated electrical power up to 40 MW (at ISO conditions), type SGT-750.
  • Steam power boiler of type E-150-4.0-440 G, operating according to the waste scheme with the utilization of exhaust gases from the gas turbine unit with the following characteristics: steam capacity 150 t / h, steam nominal parameters - pressure 3.9 MPa (g), temperature 440 ° C. Steam generation in a power boiler is provided by:

- only utilization of exhaust gases from gas turbines (utilization mode);

- utilization of exhaust gases from gas turbines with afterburning of fuel (warranty mode);

- only by burning fuel (autonomous mode).

The main fuel is natural gas.

The emergency fuel is diesel.

Steam boiler type E-150-4.0-440 G is designed to produce low pressure steam.

Steam generation can be carried out by:

  • recovery of heat from exhaust gases after the gas turbine. In this case, 50% of the exhaust gases are fed into the furnace through the burners, the remaining 50% - into the upper part of the boiler downpipe;
  • burning natural gas in a boiler as the main fuel or diesel fuel as an emergency fuel. In this case, natural gas or diesel fuel is burned in gas burners, and combustion air is supplied by two blowing fans.

In accordance with the Customer's Terms of Reference, the following structures and equipment are not envisaged for the 120 MW CCGT unit in Omsk of the first and second stages of construction (power 65 MW):

  • water treatment plant;
  • equipment for carrying out pre-start and operational chemical washings of boilers (the necessary equipment should be provided when developing the documentation of the commissioning organization);
  • equipment and structures for storage and purification of turbine oil.

Implementation of the project

Auxiliary buildings and structures are designed to the extent necessary for the functioning of facilities of the 1st and 2nd stages of construction.

The total construction period (for the first and second stages) established by the Customer is 2023.
