Top-Priority Emergency-Restoration Works Aimed at Elimination of the Emergency Consequences Having Occurred as a Result of Fire Accident at Uglegorsk TPP. The Overhaul of the Main Building Turbine Hall of 300MW Power Generation Units of the 1st Turn Restoration at Uglegorsk TPP after the Accident.
The object location: Svetlodarsk town, Donetzk region, Ukraine.
The Customer: Vuhlehirsk TPP PJSC «Tsentrenergo».

The Project Technical-Economic Indices
The refurbishment project provides for the 5 construction Stages respectively for the power generation Units Nos.1, 3, 4, 5, 6:
- The installed capacity, MW - 1200.
- The annual power output, mln. kWh - 5842,418.
- Quantity of hours of the installed capacity use, hours/year - 5786.
- The overhaul time period, months - 5.
Brief Description of Main Solutions
The project provides for the restoration of the building structures of the turbine hall of the 300 MW power generation Units of the 1st turn restoration at Uglegorsk TPP, having been damaged by fire, the turbine hall provision with the engineering networks of the electric power supply, the water supply system, the waste water discharge system, the heating and ventilation systems, as well as the fire safety systems with the aim of restoration of the main and auxiliary equipment operation at the 300 MW power generation Units.
The design-estimate documentation has been issued within the shortest possible time period, which has been proved by the Customer in the Letter of Appreciation.
Based on the results of the project review there has been obtained the Positive Opinion of SE «Ukrgosstroyekspertiza», Kiev, Account No.00-1125-13/ПБ dated30.07.2013, and all the design technical solutions have been successfully implemented in 2014.
