MANAGERS AND SPECIALISTS OF TEP-SOYUZ PASSED THE NRS KNOWLEDGE TEST

TEP-SOYUZ held trainings to study, support qualification and test knowledge on laws, norms and rules on nuclear and radiation safety

From 09/23/2021 to 11/19/2021 TEP-SOYUZ trained specialists and tested their knowledge of laws, norms and rules on nuclear and radiation safety (NRS).

Personnel training consists of learning the requirements of legislation, norms and rules on nuclear and radiation safety, necessary for the design work of the institute, as well as practical aspects of compliance with safety requirements at NPPs, including learning examples of implementing the principles of safety culture.

In order to deepen the knowledge of the staff, with the participation of the chief specialists of the institute, methodology materials have been developed in the form of a question and answer, with practical examples of the application of these requirements.

To test the knowledge of the lead ingineers and specialists of the institute, the composition of the permanent examination commission, appointed by order of the general director, has been updated.

As a result of the audit, 92 managers and specialists showed knowledge and readiness to comply with the requirements for nuclear and radiation safety in their work and received the appropriate certificates.

Thus, TEP-SOYUZ has confirmed its ability to continue working as a service contractor for SE "NNEGC "ENERGOATOM".
