Summary of key solutions

The SPP has an installed capacity of 15 MW and is designed to generate electrical power and transmit it to the 110/35/10 kV Substation Perevolotskaya at the 10 kV cable line. The electricity generated by the power plant is used on a general basis to supply electricity to consumers in the Perevolotsky district.

In accordance with the technical conditions for connecting to 10 kV networks, the design provides for the connection of the SPP to the buses of the existing 110/35/10 kV Perevolotskaya substation:

  • main power source - section I of 10 kV busbars at 110/35/10 kV Substation Perevolotskaya, equipped with K-XXVI type switchgear cells;
  • backup power source - section II of 10 kV busbars at 110/35/10 kV Substation Perevolotskaya, equipped with K-XXVIII type switchgear cells.

Power delivery to the 10 kV section of the 110/35/10 kV Substation Perevolotskaya is carried out by means of the cable line.

PV modules with a capacity of 385 W, 380 W, 340 W are adopted as the main generating equipment for SPP. PV modules generate direct current voltage.

The SPP technological scheme provides for use of the following main equipment:

1) RU-10 kV building:

  • switchgear 10 kV of ten switchgear cubicles with vacuum circuit breakers;
  • two auxiliary transformers with a capacity of 160 kV ∙ A each;
  • own needs switchgear 0.4 kV;
  • SOPT 220 V;
  • OPS cabinet;
  • communication cabinet;
  • UPS cabinet ASDU;
  • APCS cabinet;
  • RAS cabinet;
  • security and fire alarm cabinet;
  • a shield for the building's own needs.

2) two inverter stations with a capacity of 6250 kVA. Each includes:

  • two inverters Sungrow SG3125HV-30;
  • a two-winding transformer with a split winding LV with a voltage of 0.63 / 0.63 / 10.5 kV with a power of 6300 kVA;
  • switchgear 10 kV from three switchgear cubicles;
  • auxiliaries board 0.4 kV;
  • ACS cabinet;
  • utility networks for their own needs;

3) DC switching cabinets for 250 A output current with 12 inputs;

4) silicon PV modules STP 385-72Pfh with a power of 385 W - 15184 pcs.

5) silicon PV modules STP 380-72Pfh with a power of 380 W - 5148 pcs.

6) silicon PV modules STP 340-72Vfh with a power of 340 W - 21164 pcs.

Provides for the placement of an administrative building, as well as an open warehouse for storing equipment.
