Rehabilitation of substations in the East of Ukraine. Consulting services

Site locations: Ukraine, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia, Kharkiv regions

Client: NPC Ukrenergo, in cooperation with Fichtner GmbH & Co. KG, Germany

Scope of services

Services pertain to provision of support to implementation consultant during phase of construction. The professional services include (but are not limited to):

• Concept and Design verification
• Engineering and project execution support
• Monitoring of deliveries in line with supply contracts 
• Supervision of works (conformance with the contract and Ukrainian laws)
• Verification of invoices and preparation of payment certificates
• Commissioning support
• Support in quality management.

The allocation of work tasks would be in coordination with Fichtner, the principal consultant responsible for the services.

TEP-SOYUZ participates in preparation of deliverables, namely monthly summary reports and quarterly progress reports, in close cooperation with Fichtner.
