Brief Description of Main Solutions
The Works products are MS6001FA gas turbines of GE Energy Company. Designing and construction have been carried out in two stages.
The 1st Stage:
- The production hall, including two buildings (the assembly workshop with the overhead cranes of the load-carrying capacity 50, 60 and 120t, the assembly stands and the spare parts store) of the plan dimensions 132 х 103m;
- The administrative building with the office premises per 100 persons and the canteen;
- The auxiliary buildings and structures (the gating system post, the stores, the fire-fighting pumping station with the reservoirs, the transformation substation, the treatment facilities etc.);
- The inner-site roads, outdoor parking place;
- The inner-site engineering networks.
The 2nd Stage:
- The test stand building with the equipment and the auxiliary systems required for complex testing of the assembled turbines;
- The gas preparation post;
- The pressing-out compressor station;
- The painting and packing shop.
The 1st Stage structures construction was completed in 2013; the 2nd Stage structures construction was completed in 2015.
