The object location: Omsk city, RF.
The Customer: JV «Territorial Generation Company 11».
Designing Stages:
- Conceptual design documentation.
- Detailed design documentation, including that for the power networks and the equipment removal from the construction area.
The Project Technical-Economic Indices
- The installed electric capacity increase by 70 MW.
- The installed heat capacity increase by 10 Gcal/h.
- Annual electric power supply to consumers increase by 490*106 kWh.
- Annual heat power supply to consumers, Gcal – 461*103.
- Annual heat power supply to consumers increase by 27*103 Gcal.
- Equivalent fuel specific rate for electric power supply decrease – 51 g e.f./kWh.
Brief Description of Main Solutions
The new turbine generator set including the Т-120/130-12.8 steam turbine and the electric generator has been installed in the existing turbine hall bay instead of the turbine generator set with the ПТ-50-130b turbine.
Reconstruction of the electric engineering equipment for the power output and the auxiliary needs system has been carried out. Installed there has been the new unit transformer.
The Power Generation Unit Automated Control System has been integrated in the common TPS PACS.
Provided for is the required reconstruction of the engineering systems.
