The purpose of the development of design documentation is the technical re-equipment of equipment and technological systems for the supply, preparation and combustion of coal from boiler units of power units st. Nos. 4,3,1 and related general plant systems of TPPs.
The purpose of the technical re-equipment is the transfer of power units st. Nos. 4,3,1 Trypilska TPP for the use of coal from the gas group within which the following is carried out:
- ensuring safe and trouble-free dust preparation and transportation of the finished mixture to the boiler unit burners in start-up, stationary and emergency modes, their compliance with the requirements of regulatory documents with the introduction of coal dust drying with flue gases, regulation of the output and transportation of dust from bunkers to burners;
- ensuring the possibility of burning coal of a gas group without lighting with gas or fuel oil with a reliable outlet of liquid slags and a slag-free mode of the boiler heating surfaces in the operating range;
- ensuring the requirements of regulatory documents regarding fire protection of equipment, buildings and structures of the Tripolskaya TPP (bunker-deaerator and boiler room of power units st. No. 44,3,1, etc.) when used as the main fuel at power units st. №№№ 4,3,1 TPP coal of the gas group.
Technical re-equipment is carried out in the conditions of the existing production of the Trypilska TPP.
The scope of development of the technical re-equipment project includes:
- expansion of the storage area for gas group coal on the existing coal composition;
- system of preparation and supply of dust to boiler units st. Nos. 4,3,1;
- gas-air duct system of boiler units st. Nos. 4,3,1;
- fire-fighting section in the scope of technical re-equipment of boilers st. Nos. 4,3,1.
Implementation of the project
Technical re-equipment:
- boiler unit of power unit No. 4 - completed on 01.02.2019
- boiler unit of power unit No. 3 - completed on 03.12.2019
- the boiler unit of power unit No. 1 is under implementation in 2021.
