The Project Technical-Economic Indices

Construction 1st stage: Unit 1- 1GТ+1 WHRU +1SТ.

Two stages of construction: Units 1 and 2- 2 x (1GТ+1WHRB+1SТ).

For Construction 1st stage and two stages respectively are the following:

  • Installed capacity:            
    - electric capacity (in the condensing mode at +15 °С), MW - 110; 220;
    - heat capacity (in the district heating mode at –1.8 °С), MW (Gcal/h) – 89.2(76.7), 178.4(153.4).
  • The primary equipment:
    - Gas turbine of «General Electric» Company, pcs х type - 1 x PG6111FA, 2 x PG6111FA
    - Waste heat recovery boiler of JSC «Podolsky Machine Building Works», pcs х type - 1 x КУ for PG6111FA;  2 x КУ for PG6111FA.
    - Steam turbine of JSC «Kaluzhsky Turbine Works», pc х type - 1 x Т 25/33-7.6/0.12; 2 x Т 25/33-7.6/0.12.
  • Fuel type - natural gas.
  • Annual electric power production:            
        - electric power, mln. kWh - 754.5$ 1509.0;
        - heat power, thousand Gcal - 430.5; 861.0, including:
        - In heating system water, thousand Gcal – 420.4; 840.8,
        - In steam, thousand Gcal – 10.1; 20.2.
  • Annual electric power consumption for auxiliary needs:            
        - electric power, mln. kWh, (%) - 37,5 (5,0%); 75.0 (5.0%);
        - heat power:

Brief Description of Main Solutions

Construction of TETs (Heat & Power Plant) with PGU (Steam & Gas Plant) has been planned to carry out in two stages – the construction 1st stage with further extension (the construction 2nd stage).

1st stage – the main building, the primary and secondary equipment of the power generation Unit No.1 with all the auxiliary buildings, structures and systems, required for complete functioning of the power generation Unit.

2nd stage – the main building, the primary and secondary equipment of the power generation Unit No.2 with all the auxiliary buildings, structures and systems, administrative building.

The electric capacity of one Unit of TETs (Heat & Power Plant) with PGU (Steam & Gas Plant) «GSR-Energo» (gross) at the Unit operation in the winter-time period with the heat output 76.7 – 77.54 Gcal /h at the average ambient air temperature -1.8 °С within the heating time period will be 108.3 MW. The electric capacity of the PGU Unit within the summer time period (at the generator terminals, at the ambient air temperature +15°С) is:

  • in the condensing operation mode: 110.58 MW;
  • in the operation mode with steam supply for production 30 t/h: 104.66 MW;
  • in the operation mode with the district heating load ~31.56 31 MW: 108.17 MW.

Maximum electric power of one PGU Unit may be equal to 115.15 – 114.1 MW in the condensing operation mode at the average annual ambient air temperature +4.4 °C.


The construction 1st stage was completed in 2014.
