Within the refurbishment project provided for are 5 stages of construction for the power generation Units Nos. 1, 3, 4, 5, 6 respectively:

Brief Description of Main Solutions

   The project provides for the following fire-safety measures:

• Installation of automatic fire-fighting systems of the turbine generators and turbines by means of the manual air-foam shafts, the oil filled equipment, the cable drum compartments, the transformers in the station units and by means of the drencher plants;
• Installation of the gas fire-fighting system of MCR -1,2,3 by means of the self-sustained modular gas fire-fighting system;
• Installation of the manual air-foam shafts and the drencher plants for cooling the turbine hall roofing metal girders.

Based on the results of the project review there has been obtained the Positive Opinion of SE «Ukrgosstroyekspertiza», Kiev, Account No. 00-1456-14/ІЗ dated 10.04.2015.
