Brief Description of Main Solutions
PACS has been made based on the integrated software & hardware complex SPPA-3000 of «Siemens» company which has been developed and supplied by JSC «Interavtomatika», the basis of which are the input-output stations ЕТ 200М.
The PACS provides for the following monitoring and control types:
The main monitoring and control from MCR via PACS software & hardware complex.
The local (self-sustained) monitoring and control systems, connected to the software & hardware complex (the turbine control system, the turbine mechanical values and vibration monitoring system, the turbine feadwater pumps, the electric feed pumps, the generator process monitoring system, the electric filters automatic chemical monitoring, the automatic control system, the flue gases monitoring system etc.).
The emergency control (stoppage) from MCR and in-situ.
At the power generation Unit No. 4 at Zuyevska TPP the measures aimed at the monitoring and control system modernization have been implemented, at the power generation Unit No.3 are planned for their realization.
