Brief Description of Main Solutions

   On the vacant territory of JSC «Mayak» is provided for the new construction of three power generation Units based on the gas-turbine plants with the waste-heat boilers. The construction of the three power generation Units is provided for based on the up-to-today high-efficient equipment, to be produced by the companies of Russia and other countries.

The components of the main equipment per each power generation Unit are the following:

  • The gas turbine plant of the SGT-300 type of «Siemens Industrial Turbomachinery AB» production, of 7.494 MW rated capacity (in conformity with ГОСТ 20440-75);
  • The waste-heat boiler Е-20-0.8-170 of JSC «EМАliance» production, of dry saturated steam output 20.79 t/h (at the working pressure of 0.8 МPа(abs.) and the working temperature of 170.4 0С).

The power generation Units operation mode:

  • In terms of electric power production (for electric power supply to own production) – basic in conformity with the operation mode of the own paper production.
  • In terms of heat power production (steam to the own production) – basic in conformity with the operation mode of the own paper production.
  • Loads control range of 25 – 100 %.

Heat power supply to outdoor networks is not provided for.
 


The power generation Units construction started in 2015 and was scheduled to be completed in 2016.
