Scope of work:

For each section BG, BH, BE, BF are developed separately:

  • calculation report on the parameters of the 6 kV network with the determination of the necessary characteristics of the newly installed power equipment and relay protection devices;
  • explanatory note;
  • layout of new equipment, its mounting, grounding;
  • diagrams of primary electrical connections;
  • complete diagrams of control, automation, protection and signaling;
  • diagrams of the internal configuration of relay protection devices;
  • secondary switching schemes;
  • cable connection schemes;
  • cable data;
  • external cable connections;
  • requirements to the plant for the manufacture of switchgear cabinets 6 kV, cabinets of industrial terminals;
  • custom specifications for goods and materials;
  • estimates for the implementation of construction and installation works and commissioning, including:
    • installation of new embedded elements in the premises of sections BG, BH, BE, BF;
    • installation of the ground loop of new embedded elements in the premises of sections BG, BH, BE, BF;
    • installation of switchgear cabinets of KU-6S type - 72 pcs.;
    • installation of bus inserts - 4 pcs.;
    • installation of terminal cabinets - 4 pcs.;
    • installation of control current cabinets - 4 pcs.;
    • installation of power and control cables;
    • arrangement of lighting of section rooms: BG, BH, BE, BF;
    • performing interior renovation of the premises of sections: BG, BH, BE, BF;
  • questionnaires for power electrical equipment;
  • requests for MP relay protection and automation;
  • cost estimates for the dismantling of existing equipment, including:
    • dismantling of power and control cables;
    • dismantling of working and emergency lighting fixtures;
    • dismantling of switches of the VES 6 kV series - 52 pcs.;
    • dismantling of roll-out elements with voltage transformers of the ZNOL-0.6 type - 4 pcs.;
    • dismantling of switchgear cabinets of the KE-6S type - 60 pcs.;
    • dismantling cabinets of terminal cabinets - 5 pcs.;
    • bus bridges - 4 pcs.;
    • dismantling of the metal flooring in the rooms of sections: BG, BH, BE, BF;
    • dismantling of existing embedded elements in the premises in sections: BG, BH, BE, BF;
  • summary cost estimates.

Cost estimates for the dismantling of existing equipment and the implementation of construction and installation works and commissioning of new equipment were made for each section separately.

The detailed design documentation meets the requirements of Annexes E and ZhDBN A.2.2-3: 2014
