A framework agreement was signed with the Finnish engineering company Citec

Citec is an international multi-discipline engineering and technical documentation company providing industrial plant and product solutions with digital innovation from single projects to business process outsourcings. It has, for many years, worked with projects within LNG, carbon capture and storage, solar, hydrogen, waste to energy and more.

Citec is headquartered in Vaasa, Finland, and has offices in Finland, Sweden, Norway, France, Germany and India. It currently employs more than 1,200 persons worldwide.
